Taino Reiki and Stretch Therapy

Service Description

Guided stretching, transmitted Reiki healing and massage (over clothing). Reiki can be added to each yoga pose to deactivate pain responses allowing the body to recharge. Assisted yoga poses activate self rejuvenation releasing pain which promotes healing on a mind body level. We will also evaluate the cultural factors contributing to the mind body states of influence and adjust where possible. I will also introduce setting up a personal care practice.
